Commissioners Decision
Hi
I have vague memories of a commissioner’s decision where the Decision Maker was warned about the falsification of records - I think it was to do with overpayment recovery and showing that all operant decisions had been superseded.
If it rings any bells, I’d be grateful for the decision number

It’s OK - I’ve found it
CIS/3228/2003 for any one interested - Commissioner warned DM that perjury punishable by two years imprisonment!!
