Court of Appeal rules that union interfered with postal strike ballot process
The Court of Appeal has ruled that the Communication Workers Union breached statutory requirements by interfering with the postal ballot process for Royal Mail workers by encouraging them to intercept their own postal ballots while at work and vote en masse while there, then posting videos on social media.
