DWP telephony
Is it just me or is the entire DWP telephony system just ringing out?
I can’t get through to anyone!
Same problem with Rightsnet apparently 😊
Thought I’d best reply to stop it being so lonely.
My work doesn’t involve the phone so much, but I sit opposite a colleague who is regularly stuck with the rage-inducing Vivaldi loop for the best part of an hour trying to get through to ESA. Who then often put the phone down.
I only replied to Dan cos I was trapped in the Vivaldi/go look at our web site and learn nothing loop 😊
