Main Responsibility

Has anyone dealt with a Main Responsibility dispute yet? 2 parents who dispute who should receive the Child Elements?

I dealt with a couple of Tax Credits disputes back in the day and the test is the same, however; as with all things UC, it’s the mechanics of the situation that we are likely to foul on. If anyone’s any experience of where, for instance, The Build might throw up problems I’d be grateful to hear from you.
