3rd party biographical ID verification
Has anyone experienced success with getting the job centre to agree to 3rd party biographical ID verification when the claimant is in hospital/on a MH ward? Or is it more common that they are insisting on the home visits and the lengthy process that comes with this (risk assessment, staff availability etc)? Thanks.
