Maternity allowance disqualification (over 10 KIT days) + supersession
Hi all,
Wondering whether anyone has experience of a client claiming MA being disqualified as a result of working over 10 KIT days, then being reinstated following return to work?
Looking for cases in order to get a steer on how DWP and tribunals are applying the guidance.
