Ombudsman for natural migration losses

Hi has anyone taken a case to yet the Parl Ombudsman for maladministration in DWP not advising people they will be worse off on UC and allowing them to naturally migrate with no advice or safeguards?

I know Ministers have now said there will be compensation for those wrongly advised, but I’m thinking of cases where someone has claimed ‘by accident’ or where someone was wrongly advised but because there is no corroborating evidence to be found within DWP they will simply deny it and fail to compensate.

I am doing one so just wondered as there are many groups losing out other than the SDP claimants who are now protected from migrating by a ‘gateway’.
