Help with housing costs for leaseholders
Anyone know which benefit centre deals with claims for help with housing costs for homeowners?
Hi, if we’re talking mortgage interest, or service charges where there is no rental element (ie it’s not a shared owner leaseholder with a rental element) then there;s no benefits help as such any more - it’s a government loan. PM sent
