Recent update from Judge Gray summarises changes to the bench book (giving practical guidance to court and tribunal judges to help increase participation by all parties, and so of use to advisers too when seeking reasonable adjustments) - including on autism, Ramadam, litigants in person, migraines, and dyslexia and tape recording (referring to Judge Wikeley’s comments in CH v SSWP (JSA) (No.2) [2018] UKUT 320 (AAC)).
