UC appeals and DWP requesting statements
I’ve got my very first UC appeal on Tuesday.
I’m wondering whether they’re any hotter on requesting statements after the hearing. I usually advise my clients that there’s a very small chance of that happening but I don’t know that with UC.
Any pointers would be appreciated.
