Pro formas for restrictions for Avaialbility for Work
Though we will obviously be challenging the decisions in migration cases there will, inevitably be some claimants who do not satsify the conditons for ESA - in the light of this I am looking for standard forms that clients can hand in to advisers at JC+ to help them set out the nature of the restriction to thier availability in line with reg 6, 7 and 8 of the JSA Regs.
Has anyone designed such a thing?
