overpayments guide
Hi all
From our website, I’d like to link to a guide on overpayments and how to challenge them. It would be for the public and non specialist professionals and would explain a bit more than just the basic stuff. Can’t see anything of that description on CitA or TurnToUs or any other website I searched for, and the DWP gov.uk webpages give the general impression you can’t do anything!
Anyone produce or know of one?

Yes, but these days it all about resources and efficiency, and sharing!
I just want to say that those of us working in Newcastle are greatly appreciative of all of the efforts of Clive and his colleagues to proactively share lots of useful updates and resources with the rest of us
I think we can allow him this one attempt to try and skive off…
