Casetrack - does it help?

Hi all, I’ve been asked to try and gather some opinions on Casetrack, as we’re considering using it but some of my colleagues have differing views about whether it will benefit our agency. If your agency uses it, I’d be really grateful for any opinions on its pros and cons and whether you feel it is worth adopting.
Thanks, Cathy

We’ve been using it for many years. On the whole, I’m very happy with it. There’s the odd glitch and it crashes occasionally but you can usually work around it when there is a problem and the support desk are very prompt and helpful in bug fixing.  It does just about everything we want it to do and it’s very user-friendly in my opinion. So a positive vote from me.

We used it before we had to use CAB Case instead - i preferred casetrack - very easy to use - very easy to navigate and search for clients and very easy to pull reports off.

Advice pro is absolutely AWFUL!

We are testing a new product from the makers of Casetrack, called Topaz.  It seems quite promising

Cathy - we use Casetrack - why don’t you come over and see it in action on the sunny side of town?
