From 28th November, the DWP are rolling out a new security feature on the UC portal which requires every portal user to have access to an individual mobile phone so that they can generate a PIN number as part of the log in process, this PIN will be sent by SMS and once inputted into the portal will allow access for 24 hours.

Oh—and the pin expires in 5 minutes.

See attached.

I wonder how this will work with my works mobile being the registered number for 4 different accounts.

This could be -even more- fun!

But you’re not a landlord Dan and this appears to be about accessing the Landlord portal.

Very true however I wonder whether it will apply to the appointee portal being trailed.
