IB reinstatement after appeal
Help
I have just had a client win an IB appeal but was only awarded the IB for the two weeks between the end of the IB payments and the start of the ESA claim. ESA claimed while appealing IB. Client hoped to have IB reinstated altogether.
Is that right? Doesn’t the IB appeal win mean that there is a continuous IB claim active now?
Any guidence welcome.
