UC complaint statistics
Our local jobcentre has just informed us that there have been fewer complaints about the implementation about UC than there were about JSA when it was introduced.
I can’t find any published DWP statistics to back up that claim, and I struggle to believe that it is true.
Does anyone know where I might find information about the number of complaints?
