We have received, in pre-action proceedings for JR, the most up to date, at time of posting, version of the operational guidance used by Special Payment Officers when considering whether to make Financial Redress from Maladministration (there is also the publicly facing guidance on that which the DWP do place on .gov.uk). I don’t believe that this version of the guidance used by officers is available elsewhere on the internet so thought it best to upload it here.
We have noted to the DWP that we think the guidance should be publicly available.
