UC WCA decision notices - how many versions?

There appear to be different versions of WCA decisions posted to a claimants Journal.

Some are like ESA WCA decisions with detailed reasons and full points score.

Others have no points score and no reasons - just the basic decision and the standard info. inc. right of appeal plus a standard list of the Activities.

The one I have seen today ‘re-brands’ the Activities in Parts 1 & 2 of schedule 6 as ‘Body’ and ‘Mind’!

Always good to see the DWP taking a consistent approach .......
