Mesne Profit and UC
Seeking argument for the Mesne Profit.
I am fully aware of the fact Mesne Profit does not appear under UC and of the potential argument to be used to get payment from DWP. However I’m finding a major issue with the business end being loathed to change the name or use the word permission, to get payment from DWP U/C.
Can any one please give clear examples of how they have applied the change and challenge within a housing provider environment.
