Am I right in thinking that a couple on UC now at £114.85 weekly (Paid monthly) will remain on UC when one turn Pension age and remain on £114.85 weekly rather than be able to move to Pension Credit at £243.25 weekly, the other partner is younger and they are stuck in a “Full Service” area?

If correct what would happen if the amount of Old Age Pension paid lifted them off UC could the person with the RP then claim PC in a “Full Service” UC area and get £243.25 as a couple?

I think they can claim PC at the moment.  The intention is to force people to remain on UC in this situation, but it is not being done until the end of the full service rollout.
