Arrears of Tax Credits
Person on UC. I have established there has been an error at HMRC and he will receive a back payment of Child Tax Credits. As this is an income based benefit will this be treated as capital for UC purposes? I cannot find anything in the guidance. Any comments and relevant Regs would be appreciated.
