UC and Army Payment
Hello
We have someone who is moving from a full service area to us (live service). He is due to get a £11k payment from the army for medical discharge. How will this be treated for UC? Hoping it won’t be treated as income and wipe out any UC for that MAP?? I am assuming it will be treated as capital with tariff income applied but can’t find anything specific.
