Updated guidance sets out that all ongoing CSA cases under the 1993 and 2003 schemes will end by 31 December 2018, not 31 December 2017 as previously stated -

‘Cases assessed under the 1993 and 2003 child maintenance schemes will have their maintenance liabilities ended, leading to the eventual closure of the case. People paying or receiving child maintenance under these schemes will be invited to make their own arrangements or apply for the new child maintenance scheme.
This guidance explains how and when we will end existing liabilities under the 1993 and 2003 schemes and how to apply under the new scheme.’
