Sorry, I have been scouring these pages for hours now looking for an answer to my question.

Cl made a claim for ESA (not sure if IR or CB), however, she has worked full time for last 10 years, therefore, I would hope that CB claim would have been considered. Cl is not entitled to IR ESA because savings over £16,000.  Cl attended WCA and is placed into SG.  Should Cl’s entitlement to ESA (CB) now be in payment? It appears that claim is still being considered as IR claim as savings are being taken into consideration.

Sorry if this has already been covered, I have looked and can’t find an answer in this scenario.

Many thanks in advance.
