The House of Commons Library have sent me a ranked copy of their spreadsheet showing the estimated number of people who might be eligible for Universal Credit once roll-out is complete by constituency.  Birmingham, Ladywood has the highest number of predicted claimants at 27,140.  By way of contrast North East Hampshire, ranked at no. 630 is predicted to have 3312 claimants.
