BF223 letter (missed medical)

I have just received an appeal bundle from the DWP for a client who missed his ESA medical last year and the submision refers to the BF223 letter being sent to my client, to which he did not respond.

Of course, the submision writer has helpfully not included a BF 223 in the bundle. I want to be able to show my client what this letter is but am struggling to find a link to one.

Can anyone help please? If you have a link to a BF223 please can you let me know.

NB - I will be writing to the DWP about their appeal bundle as to my mind it is hardly fair to accuse a client of ignoring a letter if you cannot provide evidence it was ever sent and what it looks like….
