Claiming after Appointee passes away
Slightly unusual situation, the claimant has learning difficulties and has had a family member as appointee. This family member has unexpectedly passed away.
For unconnected reasons the claimant now has to make a claim for ESA.
Do they have to wait for another appointee to be appointed before they can claim?
