End to Worker Registration Scheme
Quick question-
I can’t work out from the ministerial statement etc whether, once the scheme ends, this means that those A8s currently doing their first 12 mths’ registered work who lose their job after 30.04.2011 before 12 mths is up will have the same rights as ‘original’ EEA nationals; or whether the end of the scheme means that any A8s currently in the UK will have the same rights as soon as the end of the scheme comes into effect.
Anyone?
