Housing support, UC
The monthly work allowances are set at:
£192 If your Universal Credit includes housing support
£397 If you do not receive housing support
Was, or is, not receiving a housing support element intended for homeless people?
Or non-dependants, or freeholders with no mortgage, or people with “dodgy” tenancies excluded from UC, or owner occupiers who do paid work. All of them would have no housing element and would qualify for the higher work allowance.
