Hi. Can I just check I have something right;
Until such point as Brexit muddles;
Normal RTR rules apply for UC - with the exception of ‘job seeker’ status, where by no UC can be claimed at all?
Yepp. See reg 9 UC regs.
Worth noting:
(1) The “3 month rule” from JSA doesn’t apply to UC.
(2) both claimants on a joint claim will be required to show a right to reside. If only one passes, then its treated and paid as a single claim.
