MR’s in full digital service areas

Good morning all,

Just wondering how you are all doing your MR’s in full digital service areas?  I called with my clients yesterday to submit and basically read out pre-written reps including reference to UC regs and caselaw including an ECJ decision.  The person on the phone seems rather surprised and kept trying to interrupt to ask if certain paperwork had already been supplied.

Well if they won’t allow us to write to them directly or write on the journal once the claim is closed, what other choice to we have?!

There really needs to be a button on a closed claim to allow submission of a MR and some way of being able to supply further evidence.
