UC Full service - ‘moved onto UC by JC’ ?

Hello all.  Currently dealing with a full service area.  Have now heard two reports of people previously on JSA saying the JC told them they had to ‘move onto UC’ and two reports of people on Tax Credits having their claims ended (although possibly suspended) and being told they have to claim UC.  I haven’t had the opportunity to do detailed digging to find out the events of these particular cases, but this should not be happening should it?  It should only be people required to make a new claim. I guess I’m just asking if anyone else has come across this with UC. ......

I agree with you Sarah it shouldn’t be happening - natural migration only at the moment - but interested to hear if there are any other examples and if you get any more details of yours do let me know - I will take it up through stakeholder channels
