Jumping into the lobster pot
Has anyone any experience of someone stopping their JSA and claiming UC instead? I can’t see that there should be a problem with just withdrawing their JSA and then making a UC claim (in a live service area). My client would be much better off on UC due to non dependent deductions on his HB currently
