UC and Sick Notes

Hi. Has there been any more discussion on the assessment phase for UC, that is moving from UC to LCW UC or LCWRA UC

The difference being, that once signed onto ESA, providing sick notes mean no job search conditionality. UC assessment phase then being up to the discretion of the work coach as to what job search commitments claimants need undertake while providing sick notes and being in the assessment phase.
