UC and LHA
Hi
My UC learning curve means I’m posting a lot of this kind of thing at the minute, as always comments much appreciated.
20 yr old with UC and DLA MC, some learning difficulties. Looking for private accommodation and wants to rent as joint tenant with brother, 25 on JSA.
She would be entitled to a housing element based on the single self contained accommodation rate of LHA and he would be entitled to the shared room rate of LHA for HB.
Am I correct?
