UC Sanctions

Hi all some advice please.

Not really dealt with many sanction appeals in the past but since started to focus on UC casework they seem to be more common.  In some cases people have missed or been late for appointments at JC that they were told about verbally on telephone but received no ‘notification’ by letter, text or email.

DWP argument is that they should have taken ‘reasonable care’ to ensure they recorded the date and time.

I cant find the DM Guidance on appointments, I am probably looking in the entirely wrong place because it’s Friday, can anyone help?  Also any caselaw from JSA/ESA applicable?
