DWP’s responsibility to arrange an assessment having decided client already eligible for award
Apologies if offence has been caused. The point stands though. There is no legal argument here and a further identifiable risk if taken to FTT. It would be remiss to not make both observations as one can’t assume a specific level of experience of posters here unless they say so. In keeping with that spirit I shall not comment further on your last post.
