Are incontinence pads classified as a “urinary collecting device” in the work capability assessment?

Hi

ESA descriptor 10B is “continence where the claimant uses a urinary collecting device, worn for the majority of the time including an indwelling urethral or suprapubic catheter”.

Would incontinence pads be classified as a “urinary collecting device”?

if it were, i would think it were doing violence to the language (to quote a senior judge whose name i forget….)
