JSA and major works bill
My colleague has a client who submitted a claim for housing costs for a major works bill to be paid through their JSA claim, however JSA said they could not pay them until they submitted a final invoice for the work. The client did not get the final invoice until after their JSA claim ended. As they put the claim in while they were still on Job Seekers Allowance is there any chance that they could receive payment?
