Botched implementation and cuts combine to make UC useless? Never….

The best case scenario is for the next 4 years, you will have TWO uncomplemntary Benefit systems in place.

1) A non-universal Universal Credit

2) A non universal JSA-Housing Benefit etc system.

3) There will also be a mish mash of pilots and roll-outs. 

4) Scotland might do its own thing.

The irony is that the original idea was to nationalise the benefit system, yet it has smashed it into parts…..
