Just wanted to share this information. I completed a DLA form on 8/6/10. Tenant rang as he recieved a letter dated 11/6/10 with a decision awarding low rate care ( which is what we expected) . How quick!
Yeah the DWP are usually only that quick when removing awards

Have had quite a few within 2 days…..mainly Attendance Allowance for over 80’s. :)
