Mobility component while appeal ongoing ...
Good morning, and I have a cl who is appealing DLA decision.
My qustion is what happens to their motability car ?
If i recall correctly the motability scheme continues for up to 26 weeks after unfavourable DLA decision and then this ceases, and if cl is unable to pay for the car themselves it is taken away ?
Any thoughts on this or references i can refer to greatly accepted.
