TP Calculator

I’m getting closr to releasing the Transitional Protection in UC Migration reckoner.  It’s still not ready for use with clients but I’m throwing it open for comments / criticism and bug finding to the Rightsnet community.

Please message me, or post if you’re feeling cruel, with anything you find with it.

I’ve updated to this with the April 24 uprated version, which adds a number of fixes and corrections and removes the calculation of the loss of TP on uprating. 

Please try it out and let me know of any issues.  Remember this is not just for TC only cases.
