Hello, Anybody else noticed a huge increase in AA claims being refused? It seems (anecdotally) like a pretty recent trend.
AA refusals are usually pretty rare but our service has had enough refusals lately to make us think something has changed behind the scenes. I’ve got 3 on my books at the moment which is pretty unheard of for AA, 2 of these seem like particularly robust claims but even with a decent MR we have had to continue to appeal.
Just curious if others have seen this?

Already a thread live on these issues. Can we merge them?
