Can I just clarify something please?
Single person on IRESA, which includes SDP forms a couple with someone who receives no benefits but works.
They need to make a claim for UC.
Will there be a transitional SDP element in the couple UC claim?
No, because they won’t satisfy the conditions for an SDP on the day of the UC claim: only one member of the couple will be on PIP, which is an instant fail.
