This feels like Lazy Welfing as usually I’d try to look stuff up but I really should be doing something else right now and I’m not doing the training for a couple of weeks.

If we’re in a managed migration postcode, do people who naturally migrate get old school, non SDP Transitional Protection?

I know that thinking UC is in any way generous is a fool’s errand but I’ve seen some unexpected things…

No TP for natural migration (other than transitional SDP element) - only get TP if had migration notice and claim within time limits

Cheers Daphne

I think I might have stumbled onto a cracker of a JR… This person should be entitled to SDPTE but is only getting £132 a month.

1. did the award of LCWRAE erode the SDPTE? Sums don’t add up.
2. I can’t tell the basis of the previous payment because the statements have been amended retrospectively.
