SDP and non-dependent in ‘annexe’/mobile home on land

Just checking - would a non-dependent living in a mobile home on the property/land impact the claimants entitlement to SDP or housing benefit?

I have limited information as our client is the non-dependent who is being ‘evicted’ from a layby - he can park the mobile home on the drive at his Dad’s. This would be self-contained and he wouldn’t share any common areas.

Not sure if the Dad gets HB or if it’s private/social housing so need to check permissions for having the mobile home on the property
