What problems/joy have reps had at LT in particular when attempting to use this provision?

At a recent tribunal a judge seemed well aware of the Reg but no award was made under it .

There is a CD detailing that it is within the power of the LT to use it .

In brief   13A states that an award may be made providing that theclaimant is likely to satisfy the qualifying conditions even if this means theprospective date of award begins begins say amonth after the date of claim

Thanks in advance

Toby

I’ve succeeded with this a few times, sometimes at my instigation sometimes at the tribunal’s.  Never found it to be a problem.

(I’ve tried this several times but it won’t display properly.  Insert a % sign where there are two spaces, and it should work.)
