I am trying to figure out what a “Tax Credits supplement” is and wondered whether Owen would be making a further request for clarification. My guess is it might be one or all of the disability elements but there is nothing like using the correct statutory language for clarity!!

Please note that I no longer work for Citizens Advice Leics - I now work for Central & East Northants Citizens Advice in the Macmillan team.

Perhaps where there is a top-up of a benefit paid by a EEA member state? Anyone else got any thoughts?

Yes, I think this is what Owen suggests, where HMRC tops up foreign benefit entitlement to the UK level.
