Court of Appeal quashes unlawful notice served by LA seeking eviction of Irish Travellers
Interesting case reported by Garden Court Chambers on whether a temporary consent to occupy land has to be withdrawn before a notice can be served under section 77 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994.
